I just want to say I love Clara's (Organic Spa Essentials) bath and beauty products. They are eco-friendly, ALL oraganic--no chemicals and they really work. I use the shampoo, lip balm, leave-in Hair treatment (really helps with frizzy-curly hair), body butter (smells so yummy), shea-butter/goat's milk soap with Hemp washcloth ; all products are wonderful.
I would recommend any of these products to people who have allergies or sensitive skin.

Tips to Good Hair and Skin
from Livestrong.com
Healthy skin, according to the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, plays "a vital role in maintaining good health." As part of the general skin organ function, hair follicles work to protect the scalp against UV rays and extremes of temperature. When the skin is healthy, healthy hair is the result.
Healthy Diet
The Mayo Clinic recommends a group of foods that assist in maintaining healthy skin. Each food contains antioxidants that protect against wrinkles and keep skin smooth. Fish, nuts, olive oil, beans, fruits and green leafy vegetables are all on the Mayo Clinic's "good-for-skin" food list. Diets loaded with large amounts of meat and fatty dairy products, including milk and butter, lead to wrinkles, according to Lawrence E. Gibson, MD, dermatologist at the Mayo Clinic.

Manage Stress
Stress has a significant impact on skin and hair growth, according to the Mayo Clinic. Managing stress involves developing a program to relieve anxieties and relax the facial muscles. Incorporate soothing activities, such as yoga, at least two or three times each week can help reduce stress. The Mayo Clinic suggests reducing daily chores and setting aside time each day, even if only for 15 minutes, to do something enjoyable. Listen to music, see a movie or sit and enjoy nature. Relaxation can improve your outlook, as well as impact skin and hair health.
Avoid UV Rays
The American Academy of Dermatology links both UVA and UVB rays to dry skin, wrinkling and skin cancer. Having healthy skin depends on avoiding direct sunlight. Using sunscreen and lotions incorporating UV light block is critical to minimizing sun damage. Select products with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15 and look for labeling that includes the terms "broad spectrum" and "water resistant." Long-sleeved clothing and wide-brimmed sun hats are also a good idea, advises the National Institute on Aging, to limit UVA and UVB exposure.
Eliminate Tobacco
The Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL) reports that "...smoking actually speeds up the normal aging of skin, making women look unhealthy and unattractive." Susan Boiko, MD, American Cancer Society dermatology adviser, claims that female smokers are easily isolated from non-smokers based on physical damage done by smoking. This includes "puckered wrinkled lips" and a "weathered appearance with a sallow color to the skin." Quit smoking if you currently smoke or avoid taking up the habit to maintain your skin health
